‘Didn’t anybody tell you this was a bad idea?’ – Drake blasts Meek Mill again

Rapper Drake covered the 100 issue of FADER magazine with a toothpick in hand coupled with a ‘Yeah, I got this’
wink. During the sit-down, Drizzy says when his career catapulted, he ventured to the back of the vehicle and would often be taxied about town by drivers, which as he explains it, took away from his creativity.

Whip game aside, Drake doesn’t shy away from his beef with friend turned foe Meek Mill. It was during a charity
kickball game, that he first learned of Meek’s now infamous Twitter rant.

After recording ‘Charged Up’ Drake assumed a response in kind would soon be on his doorsteps, but to no avail,
Meek’s response never showed up, which almost annoyed him even

According to Drake; ‘This is a discussion about music, and no one’s putting forth any music,’ ‘You guys are gonna
leave this for me to do? This is how you want to play it?

You guys didn’t think this through at all – nobody? You guys have high-ranking members watching over you.

Nobody told you that this was a bad idea, to engage in this and not have something? You’re gonna engage in a
conversation about writing music, and delivering music, with me? And not
have anything to put forth on the table?’
Sounds like Drake was more upset at the lack of strategy than the actual verbal offense of Meek.
